Bronze-cut pasta is made using traditional bronze dies, which give the pasta a rougher surface compared to the smoother, Teflon-cut pasta. This rough texture helps sauces cling better, creating a more enjoyable eating experience. The process also preserves the pasta’s natural flavour and allows it to hold up better in dishes, making it ideal for hearty sauces or soups. Because it’s made using traditional methods, bronze-cut pasta often retains a more authentic texture and taste, making it a popular choice for Italian cooking.
