Made from perfectly ripe Mediterranean summer figs, this jam is crafted with care by the Quattrociocchi family. The figs are gently cut into pieces and processed at low temperatures (below 50°C) using a method specially developed by the owner to preserve their natural flavor. The result? A truly divine fig jam.
Recipe idea: Spread ricotta cheese on toasted crostini, add a dollop of fig jam, and top with a slice of prosciutto. Buono!
