A wine for those who love Moscato in its most original and unique guise, the dry one! HUM is the fruit of grapes harvested at different times of ripening and combined to offer a unique aroma and taste. The essence of Moscato, intense, rich, exuberant on the nose. It pairs well with fish and seafood, oysters, smoked meats, but also buffalo mozzerella and blue cheese.

Part of the ‘Watercolour Line’ from Sant’Andrea. Each bottle is a splash of colour, each sip is a veil of shades and flavours to be discovered. This line represents the best of the company’s production  obtained exclusively from the best vineyards owned in the most suitable areas. The grapes are personally checked until the harvest, processed in compliance with tradition and the land from which they are born. More than a line, they are a real scrupulous selection among our wines that, only after years of research and refinement, obtain our approval to dress a bottle synonymous with achieved excellence.
